MARKETING HOME TOURS
Follow these easy-to-use instructions provided below to get a home on the tour: -
Locate the TOUR COORDINATOR for the city you wish to participate in -
Submit the MLS Buyer page to the appropriate TOUR COORDINATOR. The Tour Coordinator will contact you within 24-48 hours with detailed information that inlcludes:
a. Tour Date that our home will be shown
b. Time the tour meeting begins
c. Location of tour meeting
d. Contact information (should additional quesions need to be answered) FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS -
What if I am not contacted within 24-48 hours? What do I do next?
Contact the TOUR MODERATOR - information is provided below or each city. -
How soon will the home I'm selling appear on the home tour?
It is on an “as available” basis. Tours are limited to a certain number of homes each meeting and each city has a varied number of requests.
