CONTINUING EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
As a REALTOR®, you must complete twenty-four (24) hours of approved continuing education every two (2) years to renew a real estate license. Of the twenty-four (24) hours required for renewal, you must obtain three (3) hours credit in each of the following subject areas:

3 Hours AGENCY LAW
3 Hours COMMISSIONER'S STANDARD
3 Hours CONTRACT LAW
3 Hours DISCLOSURE
3 Hours FAIR HOUSING
6 Hours GENERAL*/ ELECTIVE (*Note: You may take any class to complete your GENERAL requirements as long as it is not the same Course Number.)
