2012 Dues Statements are available for payment. An e-mail will be sent to members with online payment instructions.
(Dues Are Payable Upon Receipt; Delinquent January 12, 2012.) JANUARY 12—22, 2012:
Dues NOW include $50 late fee with payment. JANUARY 23, 2012:
As of January 23, membership and individual MLS access is terminated for non-payment and members MUST include a reinstatement fee+ with their dues payment.
+Designated REALTOR and REALTORS = $75 reinstatement fee
+Designated Appraiser, Appraiser & Affiliates = $ 150 reinstatement fee FOR DESIGNATED REALTORS® (BROKERS)
JANUARY 23—JANUARY 30, 2012
This is the deadline to pay any outstanding dues with his/her office. If dues are NOT paid, the Designated REALTOR® is TERMINATED and MLS will be suspended for the ENTIRE* office on FEBRUARY 5, 2012.
(*This means regardless if one, some or most Agents have paid their dues—just one unpaid Agent (or Broker) can cause the entire office to lose MLS access. The Broker along with the entire office must be paid to avoid interruption prior to February 5, 2012.)

FIRST - You will LOG IN (on the right of your screen) by using your USERNAME which is your E-MAIL ADDRESS and your PASSWORD (first initial, last name unless changed during a previous session) SECOND - Once logged in and from the USER PANEL (on the right) select and click to expand the MEMBERSHIPS category. THIRD - At the bottom of the MEMBERSHIPS category click on the RENEW YOUR MEMBERSHIP link. FOURTH - You will then click continue and follow the remaining on-screen instructions to complete your 2012 Membership Renewal process.*
