Directors Election) Thursday, April 22, 2010 
Election Chronology to be approved by the Board of Directors (by May 1st) Wednesday, June 30, 2010 Deadline for Nomination Application for Officers and Directors (June 30th) Thursday, July 15, 2010 Election Committee to review and approve candidate applications. Election Committee submits approved applications to the Board of Directors at the July Board meeting. (by July Board Meeting) Friday, July 30, 2010 Announcement of candidates and voting procedures are made at all marketing meeting/tour functions. (July 30th) Friday, August 20, 2010 Elections OPEN (Third Friday in August) Friday, September 3, 2010
